Terms & Conditions

Physiotherapy Appointments

Booking & Payment

  • All physiotherapy appointments must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Payment confirms your appointment slot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.
  • Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) are also charged in full.
  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, but the full fee will still apply.

Insurance

  • SR Physio & Pilates does not work directly with insurance companies.
  • All appointments are self‑funded.
  • If your insurer allows you to claim back physiotherapy costs independently, a receipt can be provided.

Age & Consent

  • Clients aged 11 and over can be treated.
  • Anyone under 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present to provide consent.

Pilates Classes

Block Bookings

  • Pilates classes are booked in blocks, and once purchased, your space is reserved for the full block.
  • Spaces are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
  • This ensures consistency within the class and allows you to progress safely.

Missed Classes

  • If you miss a class, it cannot be refunded or carried over to the next block.
  • This includes illness, holidays, or personal commitments.
  • In some cases, and only if space allows, a catch‑up class may be offered — but this is not guaranteed.

Class Changes

  • If SR Physio & Pilates needs to cancel a class (e.g., instructor illness, emergency), a replacement class or credit will be offered.
  • If the studio is undergoing upgrades, classes may be temporarily relocated. You will be informed of the alternative venue in advance.

  • SR Physio & Pilates reserves the right to refuse treatment or class participation if it is not safe or appropriate.

Professional Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
  • SR Physio & Pilates reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.

Privacy

  • All personal information is kept confidential and used only for clinical or administrative purposes.
